A midlife crisis hits most people between the ages of 35-40, although I think it's already hitting me and I'm just in my early thirties. A midlife crisis consists of feeling that you're somehow "missing out" on life. You feel like you aren't as successful as you would like to be while pretty much half of your life is almost over. It's also the sobering realization that life is not eternal and that you will eventually die. What do most typical folks do when they hit this critical stage? Why, purchase a new shiny sports car of course! It's not just exclusive to men either, as a woman who is hitting her midlife crisis I feel that a super powerful sports car would definitely help make me feel younger.

Corvette - The Corvette's 6.2 Liter V8 engine packs 430 hp. That should be enough to wake you up from the grind of daily life and help you smell the roses again.
