You are not helping your leaders and your country if you always show them hatred. In fact, you become a part of the problem instead of the solution. If you do not agree with what they have to say or do, then you can always voice out yourself through email or letters but make sure that if you are going to make yourself be heard, you might as well be heard uttering constructive criticisms instead of destructive one. For you to be able to do this, you can use the Cleanup Procedure which is a part of the Sedona Method which allows you have a positive outlook. Moreover, the video trailer from the lettinggo.tv can also help. If we can learn how to show our genuine support to our leaders then they can focus on solving the problems in the society instead of spending a lot of time defending themselves from the negative evaluation we throw them.

Practice the Art Of Loving Kindly

If you want to show your full support to other people, then you need to know how to learn to give without wanting anything in return. If you want to help, you can find ways to help your community, church and your society. Think that any person you meet can benefit from your support. However, it is always important to give just according to your means. You do not need to give financial support but giving your service; knowledge and virtue are enough to show your love to the world.

There are basically two things for you to show your support to other people and to your society. These are:

Give unconditionally and do not seek out something in return. While you are helping other people, imagine them as equal to you. Just because you are helping them out does not mean that you are better than them. Do not look at the people whom you have helped as imperfect and do not deprive them of self worth. This is a difficult task to do but if you only know how to release yourself from any unbiased judgment, then you can help them fully without the feeling of guilt.
