It is time. You have been watching TV on your pathetic little CRT for several decades. Your kids never stay home anymore, as they all want to watch shows at their friends' houses. But with your nice little bonus at work, you are ready to move into the 21st century. So if you go shopping for a new TV Panasonic is ready. They have a brand new line of units just made this year for your perusal.

TV is not what is used to be. Everything is flat now. It is impossible to find what we called a TV twenty years ago. You can barely find them in pawn shops. The old, deep models have gone the way of the dinosaur, and flat screens are where it is at.

It used to be that you watched television programming on your TV. But that is only a small part of what people do these days. Playing video games is one thing that takes up much of your unit's time. Another is surfing the internet. Many units coming out today offer some sort of web interface. And of course you can watch movies, either through your gaming system, through your DVD player, or through the internet by companies such as Netflix.

This year, 2012, Panasonic is introducing a new series of televisions that cooperate directly with Myspace. Not Facebook, mind you. Myspace is making a come back. They are partnering with a huge electronics company to put their social media front and center in your living room. Maybe they will edge their way back into the social media scene.

If you want the sharpest, richest viewing experience available today, you are asking for plasma. There is a whole line of NeoPlasma screens hitting the markets this year. They are huge, clear, and affordable. They are also blurring the line between two and three dimensions. Many units coming out this year allow the viewer to experience an amazing three dimensional immersion into their show without the need of dorky glasses.

And when it comes to entertainment, size does matter. Buying an enormous screen that fills up your entire living room wall is now available at a price that would make Ray Bradbury roll in his grave. Creating the parlor that he envisioned, and despised, is now in the reach of most Americans.

So when you go shopping for a brand new, top of the line TV Panasonic has what you are looking for. You can buy them online or in your local electronics store. Just pick out the size, how much internet connectivity you want, and get your Apple product ready for remote interaction, as most iPads and iPhones are able to interact with these units directly.
