How can one create a beautiful image, you ask? You must understand the technicalities and know the meaning behind the jargons. But the resulting picture isn't only influenced by the kind of camera one uses nor by the lenses attached to it. The image resolution isn't all there is to it neither. Rather, it takes skill, talent and an eye to frame a subject, freeze time and capture life.

A camera is just an apparatus used to take pictures. A camera which is built a light-sensitive film and lightproof box comes in a different models. There's the comparatively cheaper point and shoot one is marketed at the beginners. And then there are the higher-end models such as the single reflex camera for more advanced users. They come with different functions, features and prices. It doesn't follow though that cheaper ones built with fewer functions and features automatically produce not so aesthetically pleasing images. In the same light, pricey feature-packed cameras do not necessarily make one a pro. What truly matters is what the one behind the camera has in him or her.

And then there is the lens. This light-gathering device which is made out of glass or other transparent material. A skilled photographer looks through his or her lens with the purpose of showing the viewers the beauty that he or she sees. It definitely takes a photographer's eyes to find an interesting side to anything and everything and then focus on that.

Image resolution pertains to the measure of a certain image's sharpness. You may be able to capture the smallest details with higher resolution but if your work lacks in character, that will obviously show.

Acknowledging the truth in the aforementioned helps one to improve the way he or she takes pictures. The technical aspects are undeniably fundamental in the process of learning how to master the art of photography. Nonetheless, the greatest influence in the final result still lies on the photographer's talent and skills. A high-end camera, the costliest lens and the highest resolution can significantly affect the quality of the picture to say the least but its real beauty can only come from the expertise of the one who uses the tools to achieve a visually appealing image of anything.
