Many nations have it practiced by all the people from the young to the old. However, arts effect on society can be felt more when the children begin practicing it since when they are young. This is because they get the chance to grow with it till they are old enough.

Materially, art helps in so many ways as in boosting the expression tactics of an individual. If one for instance does perform poems, they internalize the art of self expression and this directly boosts their self esteem. Students in schools that are involved in drama activities are seen to be more confident than the others who are conservative and only stuck to their books. This clearly shows that art can decide the destiny of ones personal character.
