In the novel, he recreates this scene but replaces the insignificant soldier with a soldier-member of a prominent American political family.

Autumn fire by Tom Wither- the thriller involves military intelligence with content inspired by his decades in a shadowy world. Unlike the fictional scenes in Jason Bourne and James Bond movies, he uses scenarios that are broadcast on news. It recreates the rebirth of al-Qaeda under Aziz that attacks the national electric grid. A unit is formed to pursue the leader of the group. This journey is eventful and thrilling to read.

Battle Come Down, a novel by Flower Charlie- this is a continuing series based on anti-terrorism war. The hero is trained as an extremist but defects to join the soldiers. He has a wife who supports him at times and turns against him at others. Despite all the violence that reigns around the world, the author seeks to show how love is the ultimate conqueror.

Days of Rage by Taylor Brad- Brad has emerged as a master of military intelligence and fiction. In this heart thumping action novel, Boko Haram lands weapons of mass destruction supplied by Russia. This takes the reader on an adventurous journey to their caves in Nigeria. A quagmire ensues since Russia and America are on opposite sides. The novel has very satisfying adventures.

Sand and Fire authored by Tom Young- the scenes in this novel are as vivid as what happens when news breaks. It is a fast paced novel featuring jihadist attacks on two international centers where hostages are marines. The extremists have vowed to execute a marine every day until their demands are met. Diplomats and soldiers are working overtime to resolve the crisis.

Secret Assault written by Helin Don- this novel captures the intrigues of the Vietnamese war. The My Lai massacre remained a secret until a soldier sent a letter to his congressional representative. This provides the details that ranks within the army have tried vehemently to conceal. The author captures the division that Vietnamese war caused in America.

Intelligence during missions remains a preserve of a click of participating soldiers. This is the only explanation you can give for the domination of ex-soldiers in the list of the best authors. Their novels are differentiated by accuracy and details that are not available to ordinary citizens. They therefore produce thrilling stories in this genre.
