New York is definitely a home to many famous budding actors and actresses that the United States of America has seen. One of the blooming actresses that would come from this place would be none other than Natasha Murray Actress. However, before she became a known actress in some of the shows and movies that people see nowadays, she came from a very humble background.
In a nutshell, she is a performer who has acted in a lot of theater productions and has even starred in a few shows that were popular on television. Now just to give people an idea about her, she grew up in the West Indies and eventually moved to New York. There, she learned about the New York culture and also integrated some of it to her own original culture.
Even when she was young, she already had a passion for acting as she would participate in theater arts during her high school and elementary days. When she got into college, however, she decided to pursue a degree in Accountancy in order to have a more stable career. For her Accountancy degree, she went to Bernard Baruch College.
Now her degree in Accountancy landed her a job in Plusfunds Group Inc as an assistant controller. Since she had quite a bit of experience from that previous job, she landed another job in the industry as an official accountant in the ExecuSearch Group LLC. After she quit, she became a finance manager at Jennison Associates.
After her job as a finance manager, she was offered the position of a director at the Gottex Fund Management. As she was known for her skills with numbers, this firm saw her potential and got her immediately for the position of a director in the firm. She has been working for this firm since December 2009 up until today.
Of course the highlight of her life was her acting career which started when she started training in Michael Howard Studios in 2005. She was under extensive training in this studio for a whole year before she underwent the Summer Acting Conservatory program. Now when she was already done with her training in acting, she already became a performer in several productions in New York.
Now her acting skills were able to land her a juicy role in the TV show that is known as Law and Order Special Victims Unit. Now it was because of her role here that she was able to land an even better role as Foxy in the action and crime show Adam. Up until now, she is still a performer in a lot of stage plays like Intimate Apparel for the Steel River Playhouse.
Because of the things that she does, she was able to chase her dreams but at the same time have a very stable career. She is both an actress and also an accountant which makes her a very structured individual. She is one of the very few actresses who are able to pull off this kind of thing.
