There are so many folks in the world that have shown their American pride by involving themselves in some way to American muscle cars. American muscle cars have always been the most popular vehicle, and no matter how hard those that cannot fathom the feeling of the individual behind the wheel of these American muscle cars, try to take away the freedom associated with the muscle car generation away, it won't happen.
There are laws being kicked around in legislation at the present time attempting to limit the amount of big block motors and considerably pleasurable sounding exhausts which were originally found on the American muscle cars, to become obsolete from the automobile world. This is a lame attempt by third world country leaders to decrease the American lifestyle.
A perfect case in point of how allowing the entire world cultures into American sports, is the Toyota being involved in NASCAR. NASCAR was founded on the idea of stock car racing. Although, in the beginning NASCAR was dirt tracks, versus paved tracks presently. The original NASCAR existed as a result of the tremendous amount of competitive American muscle cars. There were no Toyotas, in the 60's and 70's when American muscles cars were the strongest automobiles on the planet.
The American muscle cars were a symbol of the competitive and ability to win, American pride. A number of religions believe pride is wicked. However, pride has quite a few interpretations. When American muscle cars were built based on the blue collar American worker, and the product bearing the sticker stating made in the U. S. A., any individual would take pride in the completed product.
American muscle cars did not have all the tracking devices and electronic mumbo jumbo that is available today, which allowed more room for the motor. The best hobby know to the genuine American, is to drive a true American muscle car.

Therefore, how is the typical American suppose to roll with changes from other cultures, when there is an invasion to completely separate the American Pride culture, and it is still America.
