This physical activity plays crucial tasks in the bodies of the performers as such an art is responsible for proper brain functioning. Thus it improves their general health. Therefore, a dancing society is a healthy one.

It yields full transformation of dancers as they are incorporated into constructive lifestyles, rather than being left to spoil in the streets. This aspect is a nation-building ideology that fosters the world vision goals. They are thus encouraged on productive ways of spending their resources like on charitable organizations and other humanitarian organizations that help uplift the rights of the unprivileged in a society.

The social aspects of this art open various opportunities for friendship and enable people to co-exist in harmony through the discipline nurtured in them through training dancing techniques. This further results in social cohesion as performers who most probably come from variant cultural backgrounds intermingle and share cultural practices through dancing.

Therefore, a dancing community results to a healthy, disciplined and a philanthropic society. This is because the art encompasses both physical activities and self-drive for one to perfect on it. Similarly, several dances embrace on society virtues like altruistic generosity to the disadvantaged in a community.
