Live-tweeting has been associated with a number of events. Everything from prime time television shows to massive sporting events have been associated with this social networking endeavor. It's popular, to say the least, and social media agencies have been able to observe its progression over the course of time. As new live-tweeters get involved - and it's understandable why they will - here are 3 of the biggest questions that should be asked.

"On average, how many tweets should I post?" If you're going to tweet during a show or live event, it is vital that you remain consistent. Many Twitter users make the mistake of assuming that more tweets will make for more engagement, which isn't true since messages can get lost in the shuffle. Nonetheless, make sure that you are consistent with your posts, staying engaged with the larger community on Twitter. In my view, this is more vital than simply quantifying posts.

"Is there anything else my tweets should have?" You may already know what to add to your tweets. However, for those who may be unfamiliar, companies such as fishbat will tell you that hashtags matter. You have to choose the hashtags which are most closely tied to the material in question, which is a point that social media agencies can agree with. As long as you select the one that other live-tweets are using, your posts will be viewed by more users.

"Do I have to stop tweeting following the conclusion?" Once an event concludes, you may be under the assumption that live-tweeting ends here. You couldn't be any more wrong, since it's still very possible to post about this very event. Without fear of missing out on details you would have overlooked otherwise, you can post videos and share photos you have taken. This is time that you should take advantage of, and it goes to show that live-tweeting has a larger window than most would give it credit for.

Live-tweeting is nothing short of exciting, as you can clearly see. It's clear that Twitter has grown leaps and bounds during the past number of years, which is illustrated by the number of people who have taken to this particular activity. For those who have been curious about how to get involved, hopefully the queries discussed earlier have expanded your understanding on the matter. As long as these strategies are set in place, you'll see results.
