As with all sterling superhero series Justice League has a secret headquarters, in fact, throughout the years they've had a # of classified bases, including a classified cave in Rhode Island, a moon base, an orbiting satellite base & infamously (in 1984) a secret base in Detroit, Michigan.

Moving to Michigan was an bid on the part of DC Comics to revive the series using the initial concept. Well there are traces, in 2008, Superman, Batman & Wonder Woman rehabilitated Justice League (this time with the Batcave as a classified control center) & rumors flourish of a live-Superhero picture happening presently.
