Slavers - (1978-German) C-I02 Slavers is about the slave trade business that went on in Africa all through the'th century. An excellent cast is saddled with second-rate script. They Only Kill Their Masters - Extraordinary cast in complicated modem-night whodunit set in coastal California town; tries for Daniel Hammett sensation, does not relatively make it. Policeman Garner tries to solve slaughter of pregnant woman, with fearsome Doberman pinscher figuring significantly. Not bad, yet a disappointment. Cast includes James Garner, Katharine Ross, Hal Holbrook, Harry Guardino, June Allyson, Peter Lawford, and Ann Rutherford. (97 minutes,'72)

Lilies of the Field - A "little" motion picture that made exceptional, triumphing Poitier an Oscar as handyman who helps to raise a chapel for Skala and German-talking nuns. Cast includes Sidney Poitier, Lilia Skala, Lisa Mann, Isa Crino, and Stanley Adams. (93 minutes,'63)

Strange Interlude - A Eugene O'Neill play that displays the complicated web of the difference between our thoughts and our words. Norma Shearer plays a woman who lost the love of her life when he was shot down in WWI. The movie speaks of romances and marriages between Nina and three men, only one of whom she loves. It is about growing old without settling their complications. This is a fascinating motion picture, with Shearer at her radiant best. The players includes Norma Shearer, Clark Gable, Might Robson, Maureen O'Sullivan, Robert Youthful, Ralph Morgan, Henry B. Walthall, and Alexander Kirkland. (110 minutes,'32)

The General Died at Dawn - Fine performance of Oriental intrigue, with mercenary Cooper falling in love with foreign agent Carroll when combating threatening warlord Tamiroff. Cast Gary Cooper, Madeleine Carroll, Akim Tamiroff, Dudley Digges, Porter Chamber, and William Frawley. (97 minutes,'36)

Pretty Woman - A accidental meeting of a street prostitute and a ruthless and incredibly affluent businessman leads to a unique proposition. He employs her for the week, to attend some functions with him as an companion. He has no idea what he has gotten himself into. Starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.
